The only problem I've had in the pa...Hi Karen! The only problem I've had in the past is with the dough sticking to the parchment paper after rolling it out. If you lightly flour your dough or parchment, it shouldn't be a problem. Also, make sure you don't leave it to sit on the parchment for too long before grilling because the moisture will seep out and may stick to the paper. We do use fresh tomatoes as well. They release moisture as they cook but personally I like the rich tomato flavor it lends.
